Once your session has been booked, I will send you an information sheet along with wardrobe suggestions.
The images from your shoot will be placed into your online proof gallery within two weeks of the session. The gallery will remain open for one week from the published date for you to choose your final images. Allow another two weeks for the final edited images to be sent in a new gallery.
Once a session is booked NAP reserves that time for Client, thus forgoing the opportunity to book other clients at that time. In the unfortunate event that the sitting is cancelled with at least 1 week notice to NAP, Client will be invoiced 50% of the total fee and will be given a credit for the remaining 50% to use with NAP toward a future session. Sessions canceled with less than one week notice will result in a forgoing of fees paid, unless otherwise agreed to by NAP.

Prices include an online gallery with high resolution digital images; the number of digital images will be aligned with the session that was booked. All final edited images are downloadable. You also have the option of purchasing high-quality prints and wall art through your private SmugMug gallery.
Not a problem. I know that people get sick or emergencies arise. I appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule and we can schedule another date.
I recommend four to six weeks in advance to secure a date, especially during the busy season when things book up fast.
